Our Cancellation Policies:

Are as follows:

  • Reservations canceled more than 2 days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% fee for administrative expenses.
  • Reservations canceled between 2 days and the day before the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge for administrative expenses and the blocking of spots in our excursions.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable (a 100% charge will apply) due to administrative expenses, blocked excursion spaces, and transportation arrangements.
  • Any change in the visit date may be subject to changes in the rate. To cancel a reservation, you must send an email to reservaciones@jungleparadise.mx with a brief explanation of the reasons for your cancellation. Our Customer Service team will provide a response within no more than 48 hours. Please remember that cancellations are governed by the Terms and Conditions of our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy: Cancellations will be refunded according to the original method of payment. Once a reservation is made, no changes to activities and/or tours will be allowed.
